Panel bending

For its panel bending production, Aussafer Due uses high-tech machines, fully motor-driven for unmanned operation.
The automated material handling system provides high levels of productivity combined with absolute precision of execution.
The automated tooling system and the extensive tooling library available allow us to offer a comprehensive range of complex forms and geometries.
The great operational flexibility of our panel benders allows us to create complex shapes, including radial folds, small profiled bends, very small U bends, negative bends, oblique angle bends, etc.

Using advanced 3D programming systems, Aussafer Due's Technical Department is able to develop the design automatically, even starting from drawings supplied by the customer.
