Quality control in production
The level of quality of our products is constantly monitored and controlled using protocols and procedures at the frequency demanded by the product itself and the requirements of the client. In addition, cameras are strategically mounted inside our machinery for real-time monitoring of machining and procedures.
Quality checks
The final quality checks are carried out using sophisticated quality control equipment, capable of ensuring high standard, including 3D optical and laser inspection systems.
Specialized technicians check the finished product and release it for delivery only after having verified all required quality and technical parameters.

Control systems
The accuracy and precision in making the laminations and stator and rotor packs are fundamentally important to ensure maximum efficiency of electric motors and generators.
To ensure such precision throughout the production process, it is necessary to have appropriate tools capable of certifying the accuracy of the products.
For this reason, we have an in-house ISO 9001:2015 certified quality laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art control machines:

We engineer and create custom go/nogo templates for mechanical control of the laminations throughout production, ensuring 100% accuracy and quality.
